Hands-on experience with factory safety protocols, quality control procedures, and materials handling. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings; experience with SolidWorks or CAD software is a plus. Ability to work effectively on an assembly line or fabrication environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including stamping presses, press brake machines, CNC lathes, and welding is beneficial.
