Job Description Position Summary The Tea Barista prepares high-quality tea beverages, delivers attentive guest service, and maintains a clean, efficient workstation. This role requires strong product knowledge, consistent recipe execution, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Prepare tea drinks according to standardized recipes, including accurate steep times, water temperatures, and build procedures., • Operate the register, handle cash and electronic payments accurately, and follow all cash-handling controls., • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization in all bar and front-of-house work areas., • Manage time effectively to keep drink production flowing during peak periods., • Monitor product levels and communicate any shortages to management., • Follow all food-safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper cleaning and equipment care. • Collaborate with team members to support efficient service and smooth shift operations., • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers., • Adapt quickly to changing demands and maintain composure in a high-volume environment. Qualifications • Prior barista or beverage-production experience preferred but not required., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to recipe consistency., • Ability to multitask and work in a team setting., • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
