Job Summary:
We are seeking a Barista to join our team at Vista Cafe. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing beverages and serving customers; The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking and has a passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including workstations and dining areas.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Barista
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
