Experience 5 years of experience as a barista is a must Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
