Ideal candidates have demonstrated ability to drive commercial vehicles, specifically school buses, 35' and over, maintain flexible availability for project-project based work, and have a passion for basketball. About the Employer Hoop Bus is a 501(c)(3) non profit with a mission of building community and spreading love through basketball. A hoopbus is a classic school bus turned into a mobile basketball court, with affixed hoops attached to the front and rear of the bus. Hoop Bus runs programs reaching youth across the greater Miami-Dade area, inclusive of hosting programs with schools, parks and recs, and community centers. Responsibilities - Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across channels, with a focus on reaching both English and Spanish-speaking audiences - Support the creation of engaging content for various marketing materials, including social media posts. - Conduct market research to identify trends and track campaign performance, using analytics tools to generate reports and inform marketing strategies. - Help manage our e-commerce platforms by updating product listings. - Assist in the sale and rental of refrigerated trailers, containers, and refrigerated products. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Assist the General Manager with small tasks and team support as needed. Experience - Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing, email marketing, and e-commerce is preferred. - Experience using Google tools (such as Google Analytics) for tracking performance metrics is a plus. - Strong writing skills with an emphasis on copywriting and content creation. - A basic understanding of advertising principles and performance marketing strategies is beneficial. - A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated in completing tasks independently.
