Auto Body Painter (Contract – Flat Rate $2,400) Current Scope of Work (Immediate) • 13 total units, • 8 units require full paint (prep → complete refinish), • 7 units require touch-up and correction work, • Sanding, surface correction, and proper substrate preparation, • Removal of oils, contaminants, and imperfections, • Apply primer, basecoat, and clear coat with consistency and control, • Ensure even coverage and clean finishes across carts, trailers, and steel components, • Maintain proper spray technique, gun setup, and material handling, • Buffing, polishing, and final surface refinement, • Identify and correct defects (runs, orange peel, dry spray, inconsistencies), • Ability to handle multiple units simultaneously in a production workflow, • Maintain speed without compromising finish quality, • Work extended hours (60+) while staying consistent and detail-oriented, • 3+ years in an auto body shop (prep + paint required), • Proven ability to spray independently (not just prep or assist), • Strong understanding of paint systems, materials, and workflow, • Experience in high-volume or production environments strongly preferred, • Ability to read and execute work orders without constant direction, • Lift and carry up to 80 lbs, • Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, • Structured for experienced professionals who can produce efficiently, • Opportunity for continued contract work based on performance

Inc. is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Technician candidate who will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler and standpipe systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings. We are looking for someone with at least 7 years in the field with a strong skill set and hands on experience. Job Duties: • Install, test, and maintain fire sprinkler systems according to codes and regulations., • Conducting service calls, • Performing on-site repairs of our customer’s fire sprinkler systems, • Perform 5-Year Testing on various systems in accordance with the FDNY, • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding any questions that may arise, • Carry yourself with professionalism at all times Qualifications: • Valid and current state driver's license, required, • Must have your own vehicle, • Must live in NYC or Long Island, • Strong communication skills, • Ability to take direction and criticism, • English speaking is a must, • HS diploma/ GED equivalent, required, • Clean record, • Ability to be available when scheduled and on-call as needed, required, • Minimum of 7-year experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinklers or related equipment, required, • Ability to perform 5-Year Hydro-static Testing on the FD Connections (Both Sprinkler and Standpipe) and experience in working with FDNY to witness testing as per VC20 violations, • Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting blueprints is a plus, • Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment & tools up to 50-70 lbs., • Able to work in a multitude of positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding & high-lift equipment, etc., as well as being in tight spaces should the work require it., • Able to work flexible hours including weekends when required, • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times, • Must process strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly, • Must be able to successfully perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems in various structures, • Certifications (S12, S13, F-01, OSHA, etc.) are a plus
