This role supports a large fleet of heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on diesel engines, trucks, trailers, loaders, cranes, forklifts, and other heavy equipment Respond to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot mechanical issues on-site Inspect and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and brake systems Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, and environmental regulations Maintain accurate service and repair records and communicate issues with management Perform welding, fabrication, and minor bodywork repairs as needed Minimize downtime and support daily operations through reliable equipment performance Qualifications Proven 1-2 years experience as a Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, or Fleet Technician Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and heavy equipment repair Welding and fabrication experience a plus Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently

This position is ideal for a technician with hands-on experience servicing HVAC systems who can handle residential and commercial service calls, including emergency repairs.
