We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, with the ability to oversee facility operations and ensure that all systems are functioning optimally. Experience in supervising teams or coordinating maintenance tasks effectively. Ability to perform residential painting with attention to detail. Welding skills are a plus for performing necessary repairs on equipment. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and report issues clearly.
