We are looking for a versatile, high-energy Market Cook / Finisher & Driver for the largest outdoor food market in the US! This is a multi-faceted role: you will be responsible for transporting our setup and team safely to the market, and once there, stepping behind the counter to handle the cooking of our dishes in an outdoor environment. • Driving & Logistics: Safely drive the company cargo van to transport equipment and inventory from our prep space to the market site in the morning and back at the end of the day., • Load-In & Setup: Help the team load/unload the van and efficiently set up the market stall (tents, tables, cooking equipment)., • Cooking & Finishing: Act as the main cook/finisher during the market rush. This includes boiling and temperature-checking our potato balls, and maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation., • Teamwork: Work closely with the market host to ensure smooth service and quick ticket times.
