As a Financial Advisor, you will: • Deliver Personalized Planning: Provide clients with tailored financial guidance that addresses their goals across wealth accumulation, income distribution, risk management, and estate planning., • Develop Investment Strategies: Construct and manage portfolios in alignment with client objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon, using a robust suite of advisory tools and platforms., • Build and maintain deep client relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent results., • Manage investment portfolios and guide clients through asset allocation, portfolio design, and performance monitoring., • Utilize platforms such as Envestnet, NFS, and others to manage client portfolios and investment strategies., • Evaluate risk exposure and recommend appropriate insurance solutions across life, disability, and long-term care., • Cultivate and grow a personal client base through proactive business development, networking, and referrals., • Collaborate with specialists and other advisors to provide clients with comprehensive, multi-disciplinary solutions., • Maintain all required industry licenses and designations., • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and pursue advanced designations (e.g., CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®)., • Stay informed on industry developments and regulatory changes to better serve clients.Qualifications:, • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field., • 5+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management, preferably in a client-facing advisor role., • Strong existing client base or demonstrated ability to generate new business., • FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or Series 6, 63, and 65) required., • Life/Health Insurance License., • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills., • Entreprising mindset with a client-first attitude., • AUM of $20M+ is a strong plus.About Company MassMutual Metro New York is a top financial planning firm offering comprehensive solutions in insurance, asset management, and fee-based planning.
