Familiar with using a scale, and gram measurements. Familiar with working on a manual espresso machine to pull shots. Must have good customer service, and greet ALL customers as they enter the door. Must be willing to help out the team during busy times, tidy up, work cashier station during breaks, hand food to customers. Good hygiene and professional attire and attitude a must.
