These projects will include: Medical offices, outpatient facilities, hospitals, Golf Club Houses and Luxury homes., • Experience managing commercial, industrial, institutional, or corporate construction projects., • Thorough understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and field coordination., • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents., • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and maintaining project schedules., • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices., • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software., • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills., • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in occupied healthcare facilities with infection control and phased construction requirements., • OSHA 30 certification., • First Aid/CPR certification., • Florida commercial construction experience preferred.
