Office Maintenance: • Stock kitchen and office supplies, load/unload dishwasher, manage restocking (e.g., paper towels, snacks)., • Tidy and clean the office; assist in receiving/sending mail., • Reception duties, • Conference room setup (keep rooms stocked, accept invites, and manage calendars for events)., • Tracking office supplies, placing orders, and maintaining logs., • Answer and transfer phone calls; handle FedEx labels, couriers, and vendor communications., • High proficiency in:, • Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote., • Hours: 7:30AM - 4:30PM (some flexibility)., • Professional, presentable, hardworking, and detail-oriented., • Willing to go above and beyond; proactive "go-getter" mentality., • Strong communicator; must facilitate interactions with vendors, couriers, and office staff.
