Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous. Experience in floor care, including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types is desirable. Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures will be considered a plus. Porter experience is beneficial for those applying for positions requiring additional responsibilities in managing facility cleanliness.
