We are looking for someone who is familiar with interior renovations. We are a Kitchen and Bath Company, doing all aspects of interior renovations. Must have a valid drivers license, speak fluent English, be able to lift and move heavy objects, and be willing to work Monday - Friday 8 hours a day. Must be able to do demolition, framing, Sheetrock, taping, tile, and other related tasks.

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience working in NYC, with knowledge of DOB regulations, permits, and local building codes. Job value from 2 – 10+ Million-dollar projects. Technical Skills: Proficient in Procore for project management, including document management, RFIs, submittals, and scheduling.
