As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face out in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face-to-face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. What You’ll Do – You will be the face of TruGreen, engaging with homeowners face-to-face, to understand their needs, and delivering custom lawn care solutions that builds trust and satisfaction. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
