The ideal candidate is professional, organized, responsive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced property management office. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents related to the assigned properties, handling inquiries, questions, concerns, complaints, and rent collection matters in a professional and timely manner, while working closely with the property management team as needed., • Support day-to-day leasing operations, including preparing leasing documents, collecting required paperwork, and following up on missing or incomplete items., • Organize, maintain, and update resident records and related documentation as needed., • Develop and maintain positive resident relationships through professional communication, prompt follow-up, and a strong understanding of property policies and procedures., • Assist with rent collection efforts and follow up with residents regarding outstanding balances as needed., • Work independently while effectively supporting the overall property management office and team., • Maintain a professional, organized, and responsive approach while working in a fast-paced office environment. Qualifications and Experience, • Bilingual in English and Spanish required., • 2+ years of property management experience strongly preferred., • Previous customer service experience in an office setting required., • Professional, reliable, and responsive approach to resident interactions., • Willingness and ability to learn property management software., • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with a professional, reliable, and responsive approach to resident interactions., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the property management team., • Willingness and ability to learn property management software., • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
