Responsibilities: Handle inbound phone calls and provide excellent customer service. Manage billing processes and address client inquiries. Process endorsements and policy changes accurately. Assist clients with policy administration and insurance solutions. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in personal or commercial property and casualty insurance. Background in customer service and policy administration within an insurance company, wholesale broker, or agency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening abilities. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
