Job Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and positive experience. Explain Italian pastries and menu items clearly to assist guests in making their selections. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area throughout the day. Handle customer payments accurately and operate the cash register responsibly. Take responsibility for store closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed properly. Demonstrate strong communication skills with both guests and team members. Work collaboratively as part of a team and actively support co-workers in completing tasks efficiently. Follow instructions and updates shared in the team group chat promptly and carefully. Maintain punctuality and consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
