Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks. Maintain a clean and organized daycare space, including regular cleaning and sanitizing. Must complete 15 hours of online training courses as mandated by the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) within 6 months of hiring. 30 hours must be completed every two years. This role focuses on assessing patient needs, assisting with Medicaid-covered services, and ensuring appropriate home care support is in place to help patients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Key Responsibilities: Conduct telehealth assessments of patients with chronic illnesses Identify and document patient needs for home care services Coordinate care plans and facilitate enrollment into home care programs Educate patients and families on available support services Collaborate with care coordinators, social workers, and other healthcare providers Requirements: Active FNP license in New York State Must be enrolled with Medicaid and eligible to bill for services Minimum 8 hours per day, flexible scheduling Strong communication and telehealth skills Experience with chronically ill or elderly patients preferred

Full-Time Childcare/Family Assistant Needed We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and highly reliable full-time childcare/family assistant to join our family in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Our two boys are 5 and 8 years old and attend school full-time. The ideal candidate is: Calm, patient, and fun Detail-oriented and organized Experienced (minimum 3 years in childcare) Confident engaging kids in creative and educational activities Comfortable with light housekeeping and family support tasks Key responsibilities include: School pickups and occasional drop-offs Preparing kids’ meals and handling bath/bedtime routines Light housekeeping (kids’ laundry, room/playroom organization, tidying after meals, dishwasher) Driving as needed Summer live-in in the Hamptons (July–August) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2/3 PM–7 PM One weekend day required Occasional early mornings (7–9 AM) when needed Total: 36–45 hours/week To apply, you must: Be based in the NYC area and available to start immediately Be able to work one weekend day each week Be open to occasional early morning shifts Be able to live-in during the summer (July & August in the Hamptons) Have a valid driver’s license Be committed to childcare, family assisting, and light housekeeping—this is more than a babysitting role We’re looking for someone long-term who will become part of our family.

Help lead or participate in games, story time, arts and crafts, and learning activities. Prepare and serve snacks or meals. Help children wash hands and clean up after eating. Assist with diaper changes and toilet training if needed, Help keep the daycare clean, including toys, play areas, and eating spaces.
