Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role. 3+ years of experience working as an HVAC Technician in New York City. Technical expertise in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. Knowledge of energy efficiently standards and sustainable practices are a plus. Possess all relevant NYC certifications (e.g., Gas Certification, Oil Burner Certification, EPA Universal Certification). Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair techniques. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; manage time efficiently all while maintaining attention to detail. Strong skills thinking on your feet and outside the box. Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions. Professionalism, excellent communication/customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.
