Job Summary Provide exceptional customer service via various communication channels, resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention while promoting company products and services. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Interactions: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, chat, social media, or in-person. 2. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, efficiently, and fairly. 3. Product/Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products and services, features, and benefits. 4. Problem-Solving: Analyse customer problems, identify solutions, and implement resolutions. 5. Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management. 6. Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM systems. 7. Quality Assurance: Meet quality standards for customer service, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. 8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. 9. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report customer service metrics, such as first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates. Skills and Qualifications 1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills 2. Strong customer service background and experience 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 4. Proficiency in CRM software and technology 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred 6. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays 7.
