The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for assisting customers by providing information about products and services, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The CSR serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates as needed. Maintain and update customer records in the system. Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary. Follow company guidelines, policies, and customer service standards. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional, patient, and positive attitude. Work Environment: May work in an office, call center, retail, or remote setting. Full-time or part-time schedules may be available, including weekends or holidays depending on the company. ROLE OF THE POSITION EZ Ride is looking for a bright, energetic self-motivated person for our EZRyde4Life Program. The candidate should be computer literate and a problem solver. Prior Call-Center experience is preferred. It is important to be able to efficiently resolve any problems that our customers may have. Our customer service department has an excellent reputation and we are looking for someone with the right skills to become a valued member of our team. RESPONSIBILITIES Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls Build sustainable relationships through open communication Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution Analyze data and produce reports. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Proven customer support experience Proficiency with Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Internet, Social Media. Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills Must be Bilingual (Spanish – English) Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively High School Diploma or GED required
