Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding guest services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to a positive atmosphere within the restaurant. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant. Their duties include hiring and training restaurant staff based on company policies, supervising all areas of the restaurant to monitor activities and handle problems that arise and managing all areas of staffing, including scheduling employees. Recruiting, interviewing and training staff to follow restaurant procedures Maintaining safety and food quality standards Keeping customers happy, getting their feedback on the experience and handling complaints Organizing schedules, keeping track of employees’ hours and recording payroll data Supervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste Appraising staff performance and disciplining or retraining employees to correct poor performance. Able work at 7am for Hotel Breakfast service.
Kitchen management: Overseeing the kitchen's operations, finances, and resources Menu creation: Developing recipes, planning menus, and ensuring quality and consistency. Staff management: Hiring, training, and supervising cooks and other food preparation workers Food preparation: Working the line and preparing dishes Safety and sanitation: Ensuring compliance with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations. Inventory: Ordering and maintaining an inventory of food and supplies Customer satisfaction: Dealing with issues that may arise to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration: Working with other leads and managers to ensure a respectful workplace Applicants must have experience in an Indian Kitchen and be willing and able to recreate specialty dishes.

Your Role Onboard: As a vital member of our restaurant team, you'll have responsibility to: Assist with achieving departmental guest satisfaction targets and food and beverage revenues by following established service strategies and optimizing up-sell opportunities. What We Value: We're looking for candidates who embody the following qualities: Minimum of two years experience as a front waiter with fine dining and banquet service experience in any of the following settings: 3 Star – 4 Star land-based hotel/resort; free-standing restaurant with at least 180 seats; or previous shipboard experience in a similar position is required. Minimum of one year experience selling and serving wine and other beverage products is required. Passionate about hospitality and customer service driven. Must have a professional appearance and good hygiene. Respect for all co-workers and guests. Pride in your work by creating positive energy, excitement and fun. Able to work 7 days a week.
