Responsibilities • Manage attorney calendars, travel, meetings, and communications; serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders., • Maintain client and matter records, organize files, and ensure compliance with confidentiality and records policies., • Provide administrative and practice support, including document preparation, matter management (conflicts, engagement letters), and coordination of projects, meetings, and events., • Handle billing and financial tasks, including time entry, invoicing, expense processing, budgeting support, and client inquiries., • Coordinate domestic and international travel, meetings, and client events, including logistics and materials preparation., • Support attorneys and team operations by anticipating needs, managing priorities, and assisting with training and team initiatives., • Provide litigation support, including case management, filings, trial preparation, and document organization. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred., • 3+ years of experience supporting attorneys in a law firm or professional services environment, with strong administrative and organizational skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and experience with document management, CRM, e-filing, and billing systems (e.g., Aderant or 3E)., • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion., • Proven ability to collaborate across teams, build relationships, and proactively adapt to new tools, processes, and evolving priorities.
