Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Parsippany, NJ, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely information on orders, deliveries, and product details. The specialist will process and track orders, coordinate with logistics and sales teams, and resolve service issues to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include documenting interactions in CRM systems, monitoring service levels, and following up proactively to ensure a positive customer experience. The role also involves supporting process improvements in customer service workflows and contributing to internal communication and reporting. Qualifications • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities., • Experience enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through proactive, solution-oriented communication., • Professional Phone Etiquette and confident handling of inbound and outbound customer calls., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English., • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail., • Comfort working in hybrid environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams in office and remote settings., • Proficiency with CRM or ERP systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office tools)., • Prior experience in food, nutrition, ingredients, or manufacturing sectors is a plus., • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
