Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly individuals to represent Saha Guys at local farmers markets. As a market vendor, you will be responsible for setting up and breaking down our booth, serving customers, handling food samples, and sharing the story of our products. Key Responsibilities: Set up and break down booth (tent, tables, signage, product displays) Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge Offer samples and explain ingredients to customers Handle cash and mobile payments accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe booth Assist with inventory tracking and restocking as needed Represent the Saha Guys brand with enthusiasm and professionalism Qualifications: Driver License Prior farmers market, retail, or food service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently Passion for Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food is a bonus! We are looking for a vendor, you will be responsible for setting up and breaking down our booth, serving customers, handling food samples. If total sales are $2,000, the vendor earns $100 in commission (10% of the $1,000 above the first $1,000), plus the $100 flat rate, for a total of $200. If sales are $1,100, the vendor earns $10 in commission (10% of $100), plus the $100 flat rate, totaling $110. Tips are also encouraged and may be kept by the vendor. Despaña is a Spanish specialty food retail store and Tapas Café in the lovely and lively neighborhood of SOHO in Lower Manhattan. We are seeking an energetic and motivated candidate to work alongside a talented group of individuals representing the best of Spain. We value candidates who are fast learners, reliable, and trustworthy. In addition to the hourly base salary of $17 to start you partake in pooled tips which is additional income you receive per hour. Normal schedules for FOH may run from no earlier than 10:00 am and end no later than 6:30 pm which allows for a pleasant retail work-life balance for our team members.
