Fleet Mechanic Needed – Daily Maintenance for 17 Trucks 📍 Location: [Westchester square] 🕒 Hours: 3–5 hours per day 💼 Schedule: 7 days a week (flexible timing as long as trucks are maintained) We are seeking a skilled and reliable mechanic to maintain a fleet of 17 trucks on a daily basis. The job includes: Routine maintenance (oil changes, fluid checks, tire inspection) Light repairs (headlights, brakes, minor issues) Ensuring all trucks are road-ready and in top condition Reporting any major problems immediately Requirements: Proven mechanical experience with trucks or commercial vehicles Reliable and punctual Able to work independently and manage daily inspections efficiently Workload is light – typically 3–5 hours a day, as long as all trucks are running properly.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience installing sheet metal ductwork with an emphasis on precision, cleanliness, and meeting project goals. Measure, cut, assemble, and install sheet metal ductwork and fittings per project specifications and drawings. 2. Ensure all duct installations are clean, plumb, and properly supported per SMACNA standards. 3. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and mechanical plans. 4. Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to meet daily and weekly installation goals. 5. Maintain a clean and organized jobsite throughout all phases of work. 6. Safely operate hand and power tools commonly used in the trade. 7. Follow company safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times.

We are looking for a part-time Gym Equipment Repair Tech. If you are good with tools, like figuring out how things work, and want a low-key, flexible job in a gym environment, this could be a great fit. Pay $25-$30/hour based on experience. What You’ll Be Doing: -Inspect and troubleshoot cardio and strength equipment (treadmills, bikes, cables, etc.) -Perform repairs and routine maintenance (tighten bolts, replace cables, lube parts) -Identify major issues and report them for external servicing if needed -Keep records of repairs and maintenance work -Occasionally help with equipment moves, installs, or upgrades Who We’re Looking For: -Someone comfortable using hand tools and fixing mechanical stuff -Able to spot wear-and-tear or potential safety issues -Organized, dependable, and proactive -Basic knowledge of gym equipment (or willing to learn)

Demolish old tile, prep surface, waterproof surface, layout tile, install tile and grout for both wall and floors in residential settings. 3 to 5 years minimum tiling experience.
