Requirements • Sales experience required to provide a strong foundation for success., • Insurance experience is a plus, but not required, as we provide the training and structure to help you grow quickly and confidently., • Willingness to engage in top-tier training, utilize proven systems, and complete licensing support requirements., • Fluent in Spanish & English (Verbal & Written)Responsibilities, • Work directly with our current customers, providing top-notch customer service., • Advise customers on opportunities to fully protect themselves and add additional products., • Help customers close coverage gaps and reduce exposure., • Ensure customers feel confident and fully understand how their property and casualty coverage work.
