The Assistant Director, Events is responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of events in Frederick P. Rose Hall, Dizzy’s Club, private residences, and other venues in support of the Jazz at Lincoln Center Development team. Management includes internal and external communications, drafting and sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, and updating donor records. They are responsible for planning and executing cultivation events in close coordination with multiple stakeholders across the organization. The Assistant Director also works closely with and supports the Director of Events on the annual Gala and other major cultivation events. They interact directly with Jazz at Lincoln Center senior leadership, members of the Board of Directors, and other important donors.
