We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with an outpatient clinic in Newark, NJ. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA., • Active New Jersey State Physical Therapy license required to start the position., • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required., • Experience in high-volume outpatient settings or multidisciplinary clinics preferred., • Comfortable managing a patient load of approximately 18–20 patients per day and maintaining productivity of 1.8–2.2 patients per hour., • Experience working with support staff such as full-time aides preferred., • New graduate candidates are eligible and supported through a 13-week mentorship program for clinicians with 0–2 years experience. Clinic & Schedule Details: • Typical schedule options include M/W/F 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and T/Th 8:00 AM–1:00 PM or 9:00 AM–2:00 PM., • Some clinics offer a 4x10 schedule. Rotating Saturdays occur about once per month at most clinics., • Average daily patient census 18–20. Productivity target 1.8–2.2 patients/hour, with higher throughput during peak times., • Multidisciplinary clinic environment with services such as chiropractic, occupational therapy, and acupuncture; physical therapy is primary focus., • Full-time aide support typically available (staffing varies by clinic size).
