Mint Workforce is placing a Fitness Specialist inside the corporate wellness center of a global biopharmaceutical leader, and for the right person, this contract is a direct audition for a permanent role. This is a part-time gig with real momentum: consistent morning hours, a second site for extra shifts, and a built-in path to full-time employment with benefits. Assignment Snapshot • Start Date: July 27, 2026, • End Date: December 13, 2026, • Contract Length: 25 weeks, with strong potential to convert to permanent, • Primary Location: Newark, DE, • Additional Site: Wilmington, DE (pick up extra hours here), • Hours: 16 hrs/week, 4 hrs/day, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (occasional Tuesday through Friday schedule possible) Why This One's Different Corporate wellness roles this good don't come around often. Your job: make movement contagious. • Engage members on the floor, in one-on-one sessions, and in group classes, • Lead 3+ group exercise classes per week, • Deliver fitness assessments and build personalized exercise programs, • Run motivational programming and wellness outreach to get more employees moving, • Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and operational standards, • Handle membership admin and day-to-day fitness center operations What You Bring • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a closely related field, • Personal Training certification from a nationally accredited organization (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, NCCA, or equivalent), • Experience leading group fitness classes, • Comfort working across variable shift times for a manufacturing workforce, • Availability for the July 27, 2026 start date Bonus Points • Corporate or worksite wellness experience, • Group exercise certification (Les Mills, SPIN, yoga, HIIT, or similar), • Experience running fitness assessments and writing exercise prescriptions, • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate a diverse workforce Who Thrives Here You walk into a room and people want to move.
