Project Coordinator, Programming & Content Licensing (W2 Contract) A global sports brand is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the execution of third-party programming and content licensing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of content, production, and licensing, helping manage high-profile media projects from development through final delivery. This is a 6 month W2 contract with a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite in New York City. Pay range: $25–28/hour What You’ll Do • Support the day-to-day management of third-party programming and content licensing projects, including documentaries, docuseries, and unscripted content, • Support licensing-related workflows, including coordinating footage requests, tracking rights usage, and ensuring alignment with agreements, • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership on project and licensing status, • Track project status, licensing workflows, production milestones, feedback cycles, and key communications across stakeholders, • Build and maintain trackers, workflows, and documentation to ensure visibility across both production and licensing processes, • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across teams such as content, legal, marketing, finance, and partnerships, • Assist in reviewing materials such as pitch decks, scripts, rough cuts, and trailers, and track feedback and approvals, • Help manage final deliverables, including asset delivery, raw footage, and production materials, ensuring compliance with contractual and licensing requirements, • Assist with legal coordination, including documentation, approvals, and internal processes tied to content usage and distribution, • Prepare meeting materials, conduct research, and take notes for internal and external meetings What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of experience in media, entertainment, sports, or a related field, • Experience supporting content production, project coordination, or licensing workflows, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams, • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear updates Nice to Have • Exposure to content licensing, rights management, or media distribution, • Familiarity with production workflows, post-production, or content delivery, • Experience working with external partners such as production companies, agencies, or studios PrideGlobal and it's affiliates offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
