Support internal staff with administrative tasks and information. Track budgets, expenses, and department spending. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as directed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Customer service–oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor.
