This role involves traveling between multiple sites (all within Midtown Manhattan) to ensure each location meets our cleanliness and sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, break areas, and common spaces, • Empty trash and recycling bins and manage waste disposal, • Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, bathroom products, and cleaning materials, • Wipe down surfaces, glass partitions, and high-touch areas, • Maintain cleanliness of reception areas, hallways, meeting rooms, and offices, • Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs to the manager, • Ensure all four office locations are serviced on a set schedule each day, • Secure premises after cleaning (locking doors, turning off lights, etc.) when applicable Requirements • Previous commercial or office cleaning experience preferred, • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, • Reliable transportation to travel between Midtown locations (all within short distance), • Strong attention to detail, • Must be authorized to work in the United States, • Punctual, professional, and trustworthy
