Job Description Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant (Hybrid – Work From Home & Local Errands) Location: East Islip, NY Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week (flexible schedule) Job Summary: A busy family based in East Islip is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and handle day-to-day errands. This role is primarily work-from-home, with some local errands and in-person tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, exercises discretion, and works well alongside other household employees. Key Responsibilities: • Run local errands (shopping, returns, pickups, etc.), • Arrange and manage travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations, • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and organization, • Coordinate household-related tasks and service appointments, • Assist with special projects as needed, • Communicate effectively with family members and other household staff, • Strong organizational and time-management skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication, • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver, • Flexible availability and ability to adapt to changing priorities, • Trustworthy, discreet, and professional, • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, • Hybrid position: primarily remote with occasional in-person errands, • Supportive, respectful household environment
