We are seeking a diligent and empathetic Medical Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and provide excellent customer service to our patients. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our clinic, responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Answer and direct phone calls, managing inquiries effectively.
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays.
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the medical staff.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in office software and medical management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
