Our client, a leading real estate organization specializing in rental properties and apartment management, is seeking a dedicated Residential Leasing Coordinator (Field & Office) to join their dynamic team. As a Residential Leasing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the leasing operations across multiple counties, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants and maintaining high occupancy rates. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Residential Leasing Coordinator (Field & Office) Location: Airmont, NY Pay Range: $25 Shift: Varies on Day What's the Job? * Assist in managing rental property listings and posting advertisements online to attract prospective tenants. * Screen rental applications, conduct reference checks, and coordinate apartment viewings and appointments. * Respond to emails and voicemails, handle administrative and clerical tasks to support leasing activities. * Capture and upload high-quality photos of available apartments for marketing purposes. * Support the rental process from inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a positive experience for all parties. What's Needed? * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Basic familiarity with online advertising and social media platforms. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes. * No prior real estate experience required; training will be provided.
