About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Transportation Insurance leader to join our New York office and take ownership of sales strategy, carrier relationships, risk management, operations, technology, and growth initiatives. This is a senior leadership role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on—capable of building structure, holding teams accountable, and scaling a transportation insurance operation the right way. The ideal candidate understands carrier appetites, submission quality, E&O prevention, CRM systems, SOP development, and team leadership—and is comfortable setting high expectations and ensuring work is done correctly.
