The ideal candidate should have a passion for woodworking and a deep understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and equipment. The Shop Foreman will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the woodworking shop, including production, quality control, safety, and personnel. YOU MUST HAVE SUPERVISOR, WOODWORKING AND FABRICATION EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, a degree in woodworking or related field is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in woodworking, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and equipment. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
