As a Cleaning Crew Member, you play an essential role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that facilities meet quality and cleanliness standards. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces, as well as trash removal and restocking supplies in restrooms and common areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure restrooms and common areas are stocked, clean, and ready for use.
Handle basic maintenance tasks and report any damage or repair needs to supervisors.
Operate cleaning equipment safely and follow company guidelines for handling chemicals.
Work as part of a team to meet daily cleaning goals and ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina for lifting, reaching, and moving equipment or materials.
Prior experience in a cleaning role is a plus but not required.
