This is a live in position for a 81 year old dementia patient. Must be willing to work under state CDPAP. The position will be 3.5 days live in, days will vary based on scheduling but can ask for preferred days at this time. The schedule can also go 3 or 4 days on then 3 or 4 days off. Must be able to work on the books. Will go through a healthcare agency for hiring. The agency will pay you along with PTO, and benefits if needed. They do not make your schedule the family makes the schedule. You will have your own room and share a bathroom with patient. You get paid for 13 hours out of the 24, you get 3 one hour breaks through out the day. You can sleep at night as this is a live in position. Patient needs assistance with daily living activities. Light cooking, cleaning and prompts for showering and getting dressed. She is currently continent and toilets herself. Elopement is an issue but when someone is with her she is good. Assistance with grocery shopping is needed too. You must have own car as she no longer has one due to her elopement history. This is flexible as family is very involved. You will have a lock on your bed room door and there are also locks that will be in place so that she cannot open outside doors by herself if needed at night. Please do not apply if you are not looking to work on the books. The house is clean and comfortable.

Job Responsibilities: - Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on a variety of performance vehicles, with a focus on Subaru, Nissan, Honda, and BMW - Work on turbocharged vehicles, including boost testing, upgrading system components, diagnosing system failures. - Install aftermarket performance parts, including exhaust systems, suspension upgrades, Clutches, and other performance modifications. - Perform custom fabrication as needed for performance builds with an empathist on cleanliness and esthetics - Conduct thorough performance tests to ensure vehicles meet industry standards and customer expectations. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Communicate effectively with service advisers to provide insight into necessary repairs, upgrades, or modifications. - Stay current with industry trends and new technologies within the performance automotive world. Qualifications: - Proven experience as an automotive technician, with expertise in performance vehicles and aftermarket parts and installations. - Strong knowledge of forced induction, and performance parts. - Experience working with performance vehicles, specifically Subaru, Nissan, Honda, And BMW - Hands-on knowledge of performance upgrades including but not limited to, Turbo kits, suspension work, Clutches and transmissions, And electrical work - Own a full set of professional tools and equipment required for automotive repairs and modifications. - Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software for performance tuning. - Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - A passion for high-performance cars and the aftermarket tuning community.
