The ideal candidate will have experience working with performance vehicles, with an emphasis on turbocharged systems, and a deep understanding of the aftermarket tuning industry. Job Responsibilities: - Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on a variety of performance vehicles, with a focus on Subaru, Nissan, Honda, and BMW - Work on turbocharged vehicles, including boost testing, upgrading system components, diagnosing system failures. - Install aftermarket performance parts, including exhaust systems, suspension upgrades, Clutches, and other performance modifications. - Perform custom fabrication as needed for performance builds with an empathist on cleanliness and esthetics - Conduct thorough performance tests to ensure vehicles meet industry standards and customer expectations. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Communicate effectively with service advisers to provide insight into necessary repairs, upgrades, or modifications. - Stay current with industry trends and new technologies within the performance automotive world. Qualifications: - Proven experience as an automotive technician, with expertise in performance vehicles and aftermarket parts and installations. - Strong knowledge of forced induction, and performance parts. - Experience working with performance vehicles, specifically Subaru, Nissan, Honda, And BMW - Hands-on knowledge of performance upgrades including but not limited to, Turbo kits, suspension work, Clutches and transmissions, And electrical work - Own a full set of professional tools and equipment required for automotive repairs and modifications. - Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software for performance tuning. - Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - A passion for high-performance cars and the aftermarket tuning community.
