This fully remote, make-your-own-hours position operates as a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-based compensation tied to project completion and deadlines. Unlike traditional lead generation, you'll be facilitating creative partnerships where artists support other artists. Commission-Based Model: Get paid a fixed commission per completed project. Deliver the full list of qualified leads by the deadline, receive full payment. It's that simple. 1099 Independent Contractor: You work as an independent contractor, giving you complete flexibility and control over when and how much you work. Primary Responsibilities Client Discovery & Qualification • Research and identify potential clients across targeted platforms (Discord servers, subreddits, niche social media communities, creative forums, and even online gaming spaces), • Focus on finding artists advertising their work in different mediums who could benefit from your assigned artist's services, • Prioritize emerging and independent creators who actively seek innovative marketing solutions, • Locate genuine opportunities where creative services can provide promotional value, • Lead Development, • Compile comprehensive prospect lists including: contact methods (email, social media handles, Discord usernames), full names, project specifications, timeline requirements, and budget indicators when available, • Target a pre-determined number of qualified leads within agreed-upon deadlines, • Document specific needs and project details for each potential client, • Ensure all leads represent realistic opportunities for artist-to-artist collaboration, • Strategic Outreach Planning, • Utilize provided resources including curated lists of websites, servers, social media groups, subreddits, apps, and online communities, • Identify where target clients naturally congregate and engage, • Recognize cross-promotional opportunities between different artistic mediums, • Adapt search strategies based on the specific art medium and client requirements of your assigned artist, • Project Completion & Deliverables, • Provide organized, actionable lead lists to artists with complete contact information and project details, • Meet specified quantity and quality benchmarks within deadline parameters, • Maintain clear documentation of research methods and prospect sources, • Communicate proactively if challenges arise during the research process Compensation Structure 1099 Commission-Based Model: • You work as an independent contractor (1099), not an employee, • You receive a fixed commission for each completed assignment, • Commission is paid upon successful delivery of the agreed-upon number of qualified leads by the deadline, • If you fail to deliver the complete list by the deadline, commission will be withheld, • Artists can request refunds if deliverables don't meet specifications, which will result in commission being withheld from you, • Commission amounts vary based on lead quantity, complexity, and timeline, • Payment Timeline:, • Commission processed within 3-5 business days after artist confirms receipt and acceptance of lead list, • Direct deposit or PayPal transfer available, • You are responsible for your own taxes as a 1099 contractor, • Important Note: You are compensated for lead generation and delivery only.
