Assist with compliance requirements by keeping documentation current. Customer & Staff Support Provide customer service and respond to inquiries. Support internal staff with administrative tasks and information. Track budgets, expenses, and department spending. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as directed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Customer service–oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor.
