Key Responsibilities: Create and schedule weekly posts/stories across platforms, featuring blurred property teasers, summaries, and strong CTAs to drive direct leads. Design professional graphics, reels, carousels, and podcast promo assets using Canva. Promote the podcast through episode clips, announcements, teaser reels, cross-posting on all accounts, and targeted engagement strategies (e.g., polls, stories, threads). Assist with basic SEO tasks (keyword research, meta descriptions, blog post optimization) to improve organic visibility for listings and podcast episodes.
