You will play a key role in positioning our brand as the preferred choice for innovative, energy-efficient, and design-forward lighting solutions. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for value engineering, leveraging our product portfolio to deliver cost-effective solutions while maintaining design intent and compliance with project specifications. Provide technical expertise on lighting controls, energy efficiency, sustainability, and regulatory compliance (i.e. WELL, LEED, Part L). Track and manage projects from concept design through bid award. Assist Chelsea’s project management team in offering alternative options. Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, preconstruction and project management to develop winning strategies. Attend industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and expand your professional network. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
