Purple belt or higher in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or black belt in another martial art or combat system. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to create and customize training programs for different skill levels. Passion for martial arts and teaching. Qualifications - Understand dynamic body movements, including joint stability, proper spinal alignment, and the basic training style that uses quick, forceful movements to build muscle power. - In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular conditioning tailored to rapid, repetitive movements. - Experience teaching group fitness, especially cardio-based workouts. - A solid foundation in the mechanics of body movement and exercise physiology. - A fitness certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, or equivalent) is a plus. - Strong understanding of fitness principles, including cardio and strength conditioning. - Excellent communication and motivational skills to energize a group. - Passion for fitness, wellness, and building a positive community. - Proficiency in English required; Korean language skills are a plus.
