What you’ll do • Airbnb turnovers: full clean, strip/make beds, wash/dry/fold linens, restock to par levels, stage to listing photos, safety checks (smoke/CO, bulbs, batteries, smart lock), trash/recycling, photo report, log damages/L&F., • Housekeeping (home base): daily tidy, dishes/counters, bathrooms, laundry → fold → put away, closet/pantry organizing, restock list., • Personal assistant: inbox triage/light email drafts, take/return calls to vendors, track packages/returns, simple spreadsheets/lists, errands (including occasional NYC runs), appointment coordination.
