As a dual-role team member, you will be crucial in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience, from crafting delicious beverages to providing attentive table service. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating strong knowledge of mixology and beverage presentation., • Accurately take food and drink orders, provide menu recommendations, and deliver items efficiently to tables., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining room, and service stations., • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly., • Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions., • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service., • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
