Flowers Cafe is seeking a Line Cook/Prep Cook with Counter Staff experience. You'll receive comprehensive training to work on the line, assist with food preparation for next-day service and catering orders, and take orders at the register. Your responsibilities will include simple tasks such as making avocado toast, sandwiches, French toast, pancakes, omelettes, bagels, smoothies, coffee, espresso drinks, and matcha. And most importantly cleaning during and after work. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Brick Oven Pizza Maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pizza-making techniques, a strong work ethic.
● Assistance with catering production and ghost kitchen/delivery orders ● Assisting the head chef in managing kitchen operations ● Ensuring food quality and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards ● Training and supervising staff ● Creating menus ● Directing food preparation process and delegating tasks ● Cooking and preparing high-quality dishes ● Assisting the head chef in menu preparation ● Supervising all kitchen stations ● Managing daily kitchen production and food preparation for on-time service ● Ensuring food safety requirements are met ● Executing all aspects of catering production. ● Clean and maintain the kitchen including handwashing dishes as needed. ● Great communication.
